“Give us this day our daily bread.” — Matthew 6:11
What a beautiful reminder that God never intended for us to carry the weight of tomorrow. He calls us to trust Him with today. Just as He provided manna for the Israelites in the wilderness, He continues to provide for His children, one day at a time. Sometimes His provision looks like answered prayers, and sometimes it looks like strength to make it through another day. We often find ourselves asking God for what comes next, forgetting to thank Him for what He has already placed before us. But the same God who was faithful yesterday will be faithful tomorrow. May we learn to rest in His provision, trust in His timing, and find contentment in the daily bread He so graciously gives.
A reminder to trust the Provider, not just the provision.
